The grid below shows the availability at the apartment for the next 16 months. If you wish to enquire about future availability then please use the enquiry form.

A £50 deposit secures your booking. The rent for each flat is £175 per week for any week of the year or £25 per day. A deposit of £50 is payable by cheque or postal order within 7 days & is non refundable. You will receive a receipt by return of post. The balance due must be paid in full 6 weeks before your intended stay.

As we have only recently launched this website to let our holiday home, most weeks are currently available, so you could be one of the first to rent our brand new apartment.
